Perinatal Education is suitable for second time parents/those that just want the education piece of the pregnancy but who are comfortable not having Doulas support during the birth of the baby.

One 2 hour prenatal visit to go through history on the birth person and support persons. Look at birth wishes, provide educational support with evidence based information, go through comfort measures and postpartum preparation

Includes a 30 min sleep consultation in the last prenatal visit
